Mr. Dodson was very unprofessional. He sat and drank coffee during visitation. Never guided the guests to the viewing area. Arrived 20 minutes before the funeral service. My brother marked off seats for family. He changed the wording to the obituary that was given to him. Then he proceeded to tell us that sometimes all the ashes don't fit, especially if I have to use a funnel. I was so glad my aunt was with me because I was so shocked by his words. I have no problem informing everyone what a horrible experience it was working with him.
